We take great care in handling your belongings. However, Soulfull Packers USA is not liable for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances or improper packing by the customer.
Insurance coverage options will be discussed prior to moving. Customers are responsible for declaring valuable or fragile items.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.
